What’s On The Ballot for April 3, 2018 Election

The April 3, 2018 election gives us the opportunity to vote for a new State Supreme Court Justice, local County Boards members, on funding our schools, and more.

March 14 is the last day to register to vote online, March 29 is the last day to request an absentee ballot, and April 3 is election day, polls are open 7am-8pm and same-day registration is available.

On the April 3, 2018 election ballot will be our next State Supreme Court Justice, Rebecca Dallett.

Walworth Co Dems Members who are candidates on April 3 ballot (who may or may not appear on your ballot depending on where you live):
Monica Los, School Board, Delavan
Jean Linos, School Board, Whitewater
Mary Jo Fesenmaier, City Council, Lake Geneva

Important Referendums/Issues:

Save our Fiscal Watchdog: vote NO on the Constitutional Amendment to eliminate office of State Treasurer.

Due to Walker’s cuts to education, many local areas have had to pass operational referendums to continue to operate schools. Delavan/Darien is next – on April 3 we will be asked to vote to raise property taxes slightly to exceed state-imposed revenue limit for funding annual school operations.
